Community Fundraising Officer

Landmark Faith Recruiting Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Community Fundraising Officer to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful supporter recruitment campaigns, working closely with our Community Fundraising Manager and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with volunteer fundraisers, providing high-quality support and stewardship to increase participant numbers and maximise amounts raised.
- Co-develop and deliver the charity's portfolio of volunteer fundraising activities, including project management, event development, and external event provider management.
- Develop excellent supporter journeys, fundraising resources, and stewardship communications to maximise supporter numbers, retention, and engagement.
- Develop multi-channel marketing communications, initiatives, and content with the fundraising and marketing teams to promote specific fundraising activities and supporter engagement.
- Use our CRM systems to accurately capture fundraiser information and relationships, contributing to the development and implementation of fundraising processes.
- Monitor and report on return on investment and key performance indicators of income generation in line with projections.
- Follow sector best practices, including data protection, vulnerable supporters, ethical fundraising, and safeguarding.
- Contribute to the development of fundraising strategy and budgeting.
- Represent the charity at relevant fundraising events as appropriate.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with team members to pass on leads, deliver excellent donor care, and maximise fundraising opportunities.
Salary dependent upon experience up to c£23,000 + benefits with a home base accessible to either East Anglia or London offices.
