Job Summary:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about improving employment prospects within their community. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a recruitment or people-oriented role, ideally working with vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Coaching, Advice, Guidance, and Support (CIAG) to participants
- Liaise with third-party organizations to build relationships and network
- Attend events to establish partnerships and network with local organizations
- Utilize reporting tools and data management portals to ensure updates are completed
