Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Part-time Support Workers to provide crucial support to non-verbal students with complex needs.

About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will be working on a 1:2 basis, ensuring that each student's individual needs are met effectively. You will provide support with personal hygiene and other daily living activities, and work closely with the student's care team to develop personalized support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Work on a 1:2 basis with non-verbal students with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans with the student's care team
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with non-verbal students with complex needs
  • Ability to provide support with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and patience
  • Experience working with students aged 14-25
  • Reliability, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students
  • Relevant Qualifications (Health & Social Care or equivalent)
