Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Year 6 Educator to join our team at Wayman Education. As a Year 6 Educator, you will be responsible for the educational and pastoral care of children in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality lessons to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and promoting academic excellence.
  • Pastoral Care: Provide a supportive and nurturing environment for children, promoting teamwork and social skills.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Monitor and track children's progress, reporting back to parents and stakeholders as required.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment, promoting positive behavior and attitudes towards learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Upper Key Stage 2.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
  • Experience: Proven experience of teaching and learning in a primary school setting.
