About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our technology department and contribute to the development of our Generative AI solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our solution, performing code reviews, and completing complex bug fixes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and maintenance of our Generative AI solution, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.
  2. Perform thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  3. Identify and resolve complex bugs, collaborating with the team to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Contribute to the planning efforts, providing analysis and estimation of proposed product work to ensure effective project management.
  5. Participate in the culture of continuous improvement, suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong background in Generative AI and LLM.
  2. Ability to provide guidance and support at the code level, with a focus on code reviews and quality assurance.
  3. Experience in training and mentoring junior software engineers, with a proven track record of success.
  4. Strong understanding of DBMS, including relational and non-relational databases.
  5. Experience working with web development and Python, as well as software architecture and development best practices.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
