Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of audit clients across various sectors, leading audit engagements from planning to completion, and delivering high-quality audit files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring technical accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee workflow and delegate audit engagements to junior team members.
- Support junior team members with constructive mentorship and guidance.
- Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function.
- Build professional relationships with clients, adopting a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for existing and potential clients.
