We are thrilled to be working with the Bookmark Reading Charity as they seek an exceptional Senior Philanthropy Lead to join their team. With a clear vision to support every child in reading, this is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact.
As the Senior Philanthropy Lead, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-growth team focused on income generation from major donors, trusts, and foundations. You will work closely with the Head of Fundraising to identify, cultivate, and steward major gifts, providing a personalized experience for donors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization and play a vital role in leading the team as they scale to support more children. The role is full-time, but the organization is open to considering compressed hours or a 4-day working week.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in high-value fundraising and donor acquisition
- Experience leading a small team, nurturing development, and managing performance
- Exceptional understanding of complex relationship-based fundraising from high-net-worth individuals and grant-making organizations
The organization offers a competitive salary of £48,000 - £50,000 and a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in the office. If you are a motivated and experienced fundraising professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
