We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a prestigious SEMH setting. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing crucial support to students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs, tailored to their individual requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised intervention plans.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
