Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, addressing inquiries, and assisting the optometry team with various administrative duties. Working Hours:
- Part-time position
- Specific hours to be discussed during the interview process
Key Duties:
- Welcome and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Efficiently manage and schedule appointments
- Address phone and email inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support the optometry team with various administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is organized and inviting
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
