The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction teams are working efficiently and effectively to deliver a high-quality product on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate construction teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
  3. Develop and implement project plans and schedules to meet deadlines.
  4. Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in construction management, preferably in a night shift environment.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Certifications:

CSCS, SMSTS, 1st aid certifications are highly desirable.
