Job Summary

UKCIL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic care.
  • Support clients with social and leisure activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide training and education on topics such as safeguarding, moving and handling, and food hygiene.
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities, using a personal vehicle or a motability-equipped car.
  • Administer medication safely and provide continence care, as required.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle or a motability-equipped car.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
