Resident Host Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Resident Host to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the build to rent space, delivering exceptional resident experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Resident Host will be responsible for welcoming residents and visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly approach on a first-name basis. This role requires a positive team player with an adaptable and flexible approach, able to work collaboratively to drive results and support the wider team and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome all residents and visitors with a warm and friendly approach on first-name terms.
  • Monitor amenity space activity throughout the premises.
  • Conduct regular compliance inspections of the building to ensure all Fire, Life & Safety systems are fully adhered to and address any issues promptly.
  • Process resident payments accurately at point of sale.
  • Track and respond to all resident questions and maintenance requests.
Requirements
  • Ability to engage residents with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative.
