About the Role

We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a flair for creativity. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing personalized experiences for our customers, showcasing our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including our iconic fragrances and luxurious scents
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create engaging in-store experiences and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and customers alike
