Children's Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Children's Nurse to join our team at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Paediatric Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our young patients and their families.
As a Children's Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, promoting the health and well-being of our children. You will be required to undertake the provision of nursing care with support from senior colleagues, assist in the supervision of junior nursing staff, and participate in the implementation of audit and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to children and their families
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Assist in the supervision of junior nursing staff
- Participate in the implementation of audit and quality initiatives
- Registered Nurse with Current NMC Registration
- Experience working within an acute paediatric nursing environment
- Ability to write clearly and legibly, articulate well, and demonstrate good listening skills
- Demonstrate a knowledge of the role and responsibilities of the post and be conversant with nursing aspects of the specialty
