About the Role:

Vodafone is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team. As a Data Governance Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to the business on privacy, responsible AI, and data ethics requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and advise the business on how to mitigate risks associated with data privacy, AI applications, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide expert advice to business teams on privacy, responsible AI practices, and data regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse and efficiently communicate legal and regulatory changes and trends to internal business stakeholders.
  • Advise on and monitor privacy and responsible AI compliance program within area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of EU legislation governing privacy, AI, data regulations, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong skills in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks related to data privacy and AI.
  • Experience in drafting data processing terms, compliance policies, and processes.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant data privacy expertise.

  • Discretionary yearly bonus: 10%
