We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Management Professional to join our team as a Dispute Resolution Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Case Management Officers in managing complex repairs, legal and non-legal disrepair cases, complaints, and alternative dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust case management service to ensure legal compliance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of our obligations.
- Lead the Case Management Officers in managing customer and colleague enquiries, and provide support in managing the customer experience.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of disputes.
- Experience in managing a team within a Repairs or Customer Service environment dealing with Disrepair legal matters, complex enquiries, complaints, and Case Management to dispute resolution.
- Extensive experience in the housing sector, ideally working within a customer-focused Asset Management team.
- Results-driven and commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to drive change.
