About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Associate to join our Chief Operating Office team, part of the Asset Management function at Phoenix Group Holdings. This is a new, key role in the team, responsible for supporting the Data Management data capability within the Asset Management COO function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Static Data Management processes by validating data and inputting into core Asset Management platforms, primarily Blackrock Aladdin.
  • Follow documented business processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Support information required for reporting of data management data quality.
  • Contribute to the development of data creation and maintenance processes for non-business owned data.
  • Support the business with data queries and provide data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to source market data and support data updates and validation.
Requirements
  • Experience with security master management in Blackrock Aladdin is essential.
  • Understanding of Asset Management industry and data management concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work within a team and contribute to the successful running of the Data Management Function.
