About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Portfolio Manager to join our team in DWP Digital. As a Digital Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for tracking a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring progress, escalating issues and resource constraints as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Provide analysis, updates and recommendations to members of the leadership team.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders to facilitate and deliver business outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Support the development of project business cases and monitor project benefits against business case predictions.

Requirements
  • Experience of portfolio management or project management within a change or digital environment.
  • Experience of building long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders to facilitate and deliver business outcomes.
  • Experience of tracking and reporting progress of digital delivery to senior levels, including identifying, managing and unblocking risks and issues.
Location

You will be based in one of our digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield.
