Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Radiology team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the imaging team with the preparation and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in database management.
- Qualifications in healthcare or a related field (NVQ Level 2 or 3 preferred).
