Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with external health and safety consultants to ensure the provision of high-quality training programs and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety legislation and regulations, and communicate relevant changes to the business.
- NEBOSH (National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety) or equivalent qualification.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
