We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Catering team at Devon County Council.

Job Summary:

The successful candidates will be responsible for leading our catering operations, overseeing all aspects of catering in the school, including the Yellow Frog Cafe and the school kitchen. They will also be responsible for financial oversight, marketing, extending our external catering opportunities, and increasing revenue for the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead catering operations and oversee all aspects of catering in the school
  • Direct leadership and development of one of the kitchens
  • Financial oversight, marketing, and extending external catering opportunities
  • Increasing revenue for the school

Assistant Catering Manager:

The Assistant Catering Manager will support the Catering Manager in producing high-quality food for our pupils and assist in all aspects of catering in the school.

Requirements:

  • Experience in catering management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Financial management and marketing skills
