Countrywide HQ is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Surveyor. As a Trainee Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team and gain valuable skills and knowledge in the field of residential surveying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany experienced mentors on property inspections, surveys, and valuations.
  • Learn to interpret survey data, analyze property information, and compile accurate reports.
  • Participate in site visits, measurements, and data collection for various projects for mortgage valuations and surveys.
  • Develop proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifying Criteria
  • An RICS accredited degree with one year or more of property related work experience.
  • An RICS accredited HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree with 2 or more years' property related experience.
  • 4 years of relevant experience (no qualifications required) i.e. negotiator level Estate Agency or equivalent.
