Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Managing Director and wider Senior Management team with the smooth operations of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee systems, facilities, and risk and compliance to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage HR functions internally for our small team, including recruitment and management of volunteers.
- Assist with finance reconciliations and produce funding reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Create process maps and ensure policies and procedures are updated and implemented as required to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to deliver our employability programme, including strategic planning and programme development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit or social enterprise setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
What We Offer
Niche Recruitment Ltd offers a competitive salary of £40,000 (FTE) and a flexible working arrangement to suit your needs.
