Job Title: Qualified Dental Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Nurse to join our team at Calm & Gentle Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the dental surgery, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring they are ready for use at all times.
  • Provide chairside assistance to the dentist, supporting them in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Process X-rays, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Manage patient records and appointments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Offer support and reassurance to patients, creating a welcoming and calming environment.
Requirements:
  • GDC Registered Dental Nurse is essential.
  • Proficiency in SOE is an advantage.
  • Strong command of English for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to provide excellent patient care, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Organisational skills to manage appointments and records efficiently.
