About This Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Early Careers, you'll play a vital role in our client's growth by identifying and selecting exceptional individuals. While no two days are the same, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of exciting areas:
- Candidate Experience: You'll be the first point of contact for numerous candidates, representing Avomind as a brand ambassador and guiding them through the interview process.
- Campus Recruitment: Collaborate with universities across the UK and continental Europe to develop innovative recruitment strategies. Manage campus events, logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, application materials, and conduct interviews to identify top talent for our client's Client Service team.
- Coordination & Operations: Master the essential processes that drive high-volume recruitment. Schedule interviews, manage job postings, process reimbursements, and send offer letters.
- Recruiting Initiatives & Special Projects: Contribute to developing and implementing talent attraction strategies, including employer branding campaigns, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and in-office events.
