Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate / Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate department, you will provide high-quality, strategic legal advice to clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and private equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives, including networking events, client pitches, and thought leadership activities to grow the corporate practice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.

  • Strong academic background and experience gained at a reputable law firm.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal advice.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach and a commitment to mentoring and developing junior talent.
