Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting a client with a brain injury. The successful candidate will work closely with the client and their family to promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Support the client to participate in rehabilitation programs and activities
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress
  • Participate in manual handling procedures and follow safe working practices

Requirements:

  • Reliable and professional with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Car owner with driving license and insurance covering business use
  • Experience of supporting individuals with brain injuries or spinal cord injuries (desirable)
