Deputy Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our care home management team, you will be responsible for managing nursing resources, identifying areas for quality improvement, and providing leadership to the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage nursing resources efficiently, participating in budget planning and control.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Provide leadership to the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring appropriate skill mix and staffing levels. Facilitate ongoing training and development for the nursing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and assess the quality of care delivered, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Implement and oversee measures to maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards and policies.
- Conduct patient assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and person-centered care for residents.
- Foster effective communication within the nursing team and with other healthcare professionals. Collaborate with the care home management team to ensure seamless coordination of care services.
- NMC Registered
- Past experience working in a care home environment.
