Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to your team, ensuring best practices are followed and adhered to.
  • Team Management: Manage day-to-day team activities, including setting objectives, allocating tasks, and providing technical guidance.
  • Project Planning: Support the development of project plans to influence project timescales and meet stakeholder specifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, including senior leaders and internal customers.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Communication: Communicate project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.
  • Risk Management: Collect and review project risks and issues, creating action and mitigation plans accordingly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal processes and procedures.
  • Business Alignment: Align business processes, test cases, training material, and policies to the Microsoft Framework.
  • Collaboration: Contribute to workshops, including alignment meetings on data mapping, approaches, and governance.
  • Engineering Data Analysis: Coordinate the analysis of engineering data and guide teams in getting their engineering data and files ready for migration.

Requirements:

  • Essential Experience: Working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Microsoft Office Platforms: Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s).
  • Education: Preferable higher-level education or relevant experience in an engineering or science discipline.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel.
