Key Responsibilities:

  • Individualised Support: Deliver customised assistance to students with special educational needs, modifying instructional strategies to meet their distinct learning requirements.
  • Lesson Assistance: Collaborate closely with classroom educators to provide engaging and effective lessons that cater to the varied needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work alongside teachers and special educational needs coordinators to develop and assess individualised education plans.
  • Progress Monitoring: Evaluate and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting support strategies as necessary.
