Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HSE Manager to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our health and safety initiatives and ensuring a safe working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Health and Safety Initiatives: Develop, implement, and maintain effective health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify and assess potential hazards in the workplace and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Develop and Implement Environmental Policies: Create and implement policies and procedures to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with site leads, group HSE partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and Report: Monitor health and safety performance and report to senior management on key metrics and trends.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: A solid proven track record in HSE, preferably from a manufacturing background.
- Comprehensive Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to drive, develop, and manage a team and influence the entire business.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety.
