Team Leader - Retail Store

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas of the store.
  • Oversee the functionality of a team by determining goals, providing guidance, and leading by example.
  • Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts.
  • Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management.

What We Offer:

  • A full-time position with duty manager training and additional premium plus first aid cover.
  • A competitive salary of £12.50 p/h.
  • The opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team and develop your skills and knowledge.
