About the Role

Ayesa is a globally-orientated, forward-thinking company deeply committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, equity, and sustainability. We are seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to spearhead our Water Structures capability, focusing on the delivery of projects in the UK and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality structural engineering services for water and wastewater projects in the UK and Saudi Arabia
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Lead project teams and interface effectively with other engineering disciplines
  • Manage projects within time, cost, and quality constraints and standards
  • Ensure project staff are aware of and fully compliant with Ayesa's Integrated Management System (IMS)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or structural engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in structural design engineering
  • Excellent understanding of Structural Design and Analysis principles
  • Extensive experience in contractor design and temporary works
  • Proven experience in water and wastewater structures or other civil engineering projects
  • Proven track record in delivering detailed design engineering solutions, drawings, and specifications for structural engineering projects in the UK/Ireland
