This role will oversee the Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain Operational Readiness for Li-Ion batteries. It involves understanding the future supply chain and business Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy and requirements, and bringing them to life by delivering this essential workstream as part of the wider cross-functional project.

The successful candidate will focus on the implementation of warehouse storage facilities and successful 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) service provider integration globally, specifically focusing on Li-Ion Batteries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, deliver, and ensure the Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain Operational Readiness for Li-Ion batteries.
  2. Understand the future supply chain and business Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy and requirements.
  3. Deliver this essential workstream as part of the wider cross-functional project.
  4. Implement warehouse storage facilities and successful 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) service provider integration globally.
  5. Focus on Li-Ion Batteries.
Requirements:
  1. Background and experience in Supply Chain Management.
  2. Proven experience in logistics operations setup and implementations.
  3. Excellent project management skills, experience in working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  4. Ability to make fact-based, data-driven decisions and consider multiple factors.
  5. Ability to present, make recommendations, challenge people at all levels based on data and insight.
  6. Sound commercial judgement and confidence to contribute effectively.
  7. Highly competent with MS packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
