Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform floor laying tasks, including installation and maintenance of various types of flooring.
  • Conduct general maintenance in carpentry and plumbing, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to address a range of property needs, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent carpentry and/or plumbing skills, with experience of working with polysafe / vinyl flooring.
  • Access to own tools and equipment.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience of working in social housing is desirable.
