Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a family practice of a leading Financial Services Company, specialising in providing sound Financial Advice to both Businesses and Individuals Nationwide, across Wealth Management, Investment Management, Retirement Planning, Mortgages, Insurance, Estate Planning and Corporate Financial Planning.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Administrator/Paraplanner who will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisers of the business from an Administrative perspective. You'll be responsible for supporting 4 Financial Advisers and the Office Manager. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  1. Research & Suitability Reports
  2. Risk Profiling Reports
  3. Fund/Model Portfolio comparison reports (fund research using Financial Data Providers)
  4. Obtaining quotes, key features and research material (file preparation) using Financial Software
  5. Processing New Business
  6. New business pipeline chasing
  7. Fund switching
  8. Administration support
  9. Client enquiries

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the Financial Advice sector. There will be the opportunity for this candidate to move into a more Senior Paraplanning role in the short-term future.
