Client Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Accounts Manager to join our team at Pertemps Plymouth Commercial. As a Client Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and helping them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements for client businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits of financial statements for client businesses, including site visits, to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
- Tax Services: Prepare tax computations and tax returns for client businesses and individuals, as required.
- Client Portfolio Management: Maintain a client portfolio, including quoting, fee, and statutory deadline management.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling telephone calls, correspondence, and other inquiries related to their financial matters.
- Tax Return Reviews: Conduct reviews of tax returns, including personal tax, Corporation Tax, and VAT.
- Registration and Advisory Services: Register clients for taxes, including VAT, PAYE, and CIS, and provide advisory services on tax-related matters.
- Payroll and CIS Review: Review payroll and CIS work for selected clients or when required for staff absence cover.
- HMRC Investigations: Handle HMRC investigations and provide support to clients.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous audit experience, be qualified by exams or experience, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to have experience in dealing with clients in person and be proficient in IT skills, including Windows applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Xero.
