As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the emotional, social, and educational development of our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing support and guidance to our young people as they navigate their journey towards independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including personal care, education, and therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the emotional, social, and educational development of our young people
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support, responding to the changing needs of our young people
