Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Helpdesk and Switchboard Operator at Rx Plus.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff via various communication channels.
  • Manage incoming requests, escalating complaints as necessary and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Log and track requests, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Sort and dispatch requests to relevant departments, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Monitor communication channels, handle incoming requests, and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or position is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Committed to following procedures and ensuring tasks are fully completed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of business software systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email management.
