Talent Acquisition Executive

Ventro Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for actively recruiting and headhunting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Manage and maintain our internal systems and databases to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Source and shortlist candidates, conducting initial screening calls and interviews.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, making job offers and sending out employment contracts.
  6. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new starters, including IT and phone setup, and completion of necessary paperwork.
  7. Maintain accurate records and databases, including operator information and recruitment metrics.
  8. Communicate effectively with agencies and stakeholders, as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven recruitment experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Passionate and motivated individual, with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
