About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Trading Assistant to join our night shift team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store is ready to deliver exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support across the store to maintain a high level of customer service and product availability.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, date checking products, and unloading deliveries.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy shopping containers.
  • Confidence working with new technology and systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
What We Offer
  • Nightshift premium - in addition to the advertised hourly rate, a further £2.45 nightshift premium is paid for every hour worked between midnight - 5am (where applicable).
