Job Title: Disrepair Support Officer

Join Adecco, a leading employment agency, in this exciting opportunity to work as a Disrepair Support Officer in our busy and high-profile Disrepair Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Disrepair Mailbox, ensuring timely and efficient processing of claims.
  • Maintain the Disrepair Database, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process Disrepair Claims, working closely with the Disrepair Manager and Disrepair Surveyors.
  • Support the management of Claims to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Issue and manage orders in the housing management system.
  • Process supplier invoices and monitor supplier programmes of work.
  • Analyse Disrepair data and generate reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Action point taking for team, supplier, and other meetings.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal colleagues and external suppliers to deliver an effective and efficient Disrepair service.
Requirements:
  • Disrepair experience preferred, but not required - training will be provided.
  • Experience of working in Social Housing sector would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, particularly Excel.
