Lead DevOps Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Architect to join our team at Stealth iT Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting agile delivery teams and driving the adoption of DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support agile delivery teams to maximize the benefits of software automation and define development architectures.
  • Set the agenda for clients' evolution of their entire operating models to become agile enterprises.
  • Define compelling visions for DevOps and its role in achieving transformational results in the enterprise's mission.
  • Secure executive commitment and funding for the adoption of DevOps.
  • Define development environment architectures and select appropriate DevOps automation tooling.
  • Advise and guide implementation and integration of DevOps toolchains.
  • Participate in defining delivery operating models and development methods.
  • Contribute to establishing an Agile delivery culture and the place of DevOps within it.
  • Conduct quality and lean process improvement, applying Design Thinking to review development processes and develop automation improvements.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making and build recommendations for clients.
  • Develop the next generation of digital architects through formal line management and informal mentoring, coaching, and learning development.
Requirements:
  • Experience with DevOps on leading cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS, and Oracle Cloud.
  • Digital delivery/development Target Operating Models, including orientation to the enterprise's value motivation and value outcome.
  • Software development, testing, configuration management.
  • Agile delivery methods and ceremonies.
