Estate Agency Branch Manager

At Abbotts, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager – Estate Agent to lead our residential sales team in Downham Market. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a supportive environment and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Run a profitable and well-organised office, providing an exceptional estate agency service to customers.
- Lead by example, delegating tasks to exceed performance and targets.
- Optimise opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
- Motivate your team, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to thrive in their careers.
- Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress.
- Demonstrable Sales Management experience.
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A Full UK driving licence.
