We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join our team at our 60-bedded modern purpose-built nursing home in Wigan, Greater Manchester. Our care home provides care to vulnerable adults living with dementia, elderly care, and Head & Brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain your NMC PIN registration.

Requirements:

  • Valid and clear NMC pin registration number (RGN / RMN).
  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK.
  • Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference.
  • Previous care home experience advantageous.
