We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing subcontract works packages, including interim assessments and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontract works packages, including interim assessments and change management.
- Produce and issue commercial notices to clients and subcontractors as required.
- Manage change in a timely manner, including the production and submission of Compensation Event Quotations.
- Produce monthly applications to clients in accordance with the form of contract.
- Produce detailed monthly reports and Cost Value Reconciliation's (CVR) as required.
- Develop and maintain a detailed 'Cost Plan', tracking and forecasting expenditure.
- Attend weekly progress and risk reduction meetings with clients and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of construction processes.
- Relevant degree and/or experience in a commercial environment.
- CSCS certification.
