About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Northamptonshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with medication management
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Assisting with light household duties
  • Promoting independence and enabling clients to do as much as they can for themselves
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

  • No experience required; we provide comprehensive training
  • Kind and compassionate nature, with a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends and commit to a regular schedule
  • Able to drive and have a valid license
