Position Overview

• Job Title: Support Specialist
• Employment Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Shift Schedule: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am
• Compensation: £12.82-£25.64 (inclusive of holiday pay)

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young individuals in a supportive accommodation context
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a talent for establishing supportive relationships
• A solid understanding of the challenges that can hinder progress towards independence, such as mental health issues, substance use, self-harm, domestic violence, and anger management
• Experience in developing and facilitating group work
