VIQU Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Deployment Engineer to join our team for an exciting project: the rollout of Windows 11 within our client's organization. This role will be focused on utilizing Intune for deployments, making it a crucial part of ensuring a smooth transition for all users.
As a first-line support specialist, you will be directly interacting with end-users, providing technical assistance and resolving any issues that may arise during the deployment process. Your expertise in Windows 10/11 administration and support, coupled with your experience in laptop and desktop builds using Intune, will be essential for this project's success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment of Windows 11 operating systems utilizing Intune.
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users during the rollout process.
- Configure and deploy new laptops and desktops, ensuring proper asset tagging and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for all users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the deployment phase.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Deployment Engineer, with a strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Expertise in utilizing Intune for device management and software deployments.
- Hands-on experience building and configuring laptops and desktops.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
