We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our team as a Showroom Host at our dealership in Macclesfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, directing them to relevant departments.
  • Take responsibility as the Dealership Host, catering to customer needs.
  • Ensure a luxury premium service is delivered throughout the customer experience.
  • Host internal and external events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or retail.
  • An open and outgoing personality, comfortable engaging with the general public.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good IT skills.
